  • Operational Guidelines for both the franchisor and franchisee, including proposed operational framework, management qualifications, and staffing.
  • Strategic development of marketing and sale strategies, for both franchisor to prospective franchisees and franchisees to the marketplace.

  • If your goal as a franchisor is to secure financing, elements necessary for a loan request or an investment offering proposal will be added.
